Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your CdA Soap Co ™. products. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at cdasoapco@gmail.com with your order number.

• Once approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to process after we receive your return.
